Dr. Oz Announces Bid for Pennsylvania Senate Seat

Dr. Mehmet Oz, a cardiothoracic surgeon best known as the host of the Dr. Oz Show, announced Tuesday that he is running for Senate in Pennsylvania as a Republican, looking to replace retiring GOP Sen. Pat Toomey.

"Pennsylvania needs a conservative who will put America first, one who can reignite our divine spark, bravely fight for freedom, and tell it like it is," Oz said in a video posted to Twitter. The long-time television host, while born in Cleveland, Ohio, attended medical school at the University of Pennsylvania.

Oz, launching a political campaign for the first time, said his decision to run was largely based on the federal government's mishandling of the coronavirus pandemic.

"COVID has shown us that our system is broken," he said. "We lost too many lives, too many jobs, and too many opportunities because Washington got it wrong. They took away our freedom without making us safer, and tried to kill our spirit and our dignity."

The doctor's announcement comes shortly after Trump-endorsed candidate Sean Parnell dropped out of the race amid a divorce and custody battle.

Businessman Jeff Bartos and former Ambassador to Denmark Carla Sands remain in the race for the Republican primary while former Under Secretary of the Treasury for International Affairs and current Bridgewater Associates CEO David McCormick is reportedly eyeing a run for the Senate seat as well.

President Biden Is Heading to Minnesota Where Inflation Has Already Erased Wage Growth

President Biden is heading to a technical college in Rosemount, Minnesota on Tuesday to brag about his infrastructure package that, after months of Democrats-in-disarray infighting, finally passed the House and Senate and was signed into law.

While the president is likely to talk about the bridges, airports, and "human infrastructure" that he uses to justify the increased spending on a range of woke issues, there's one result of the Biden administration that's already being felt by Minnesota's residents: inflation.

Twin Cities affiliate FOX9 reported last week on how inflation is rising along with wage increases, "meaning workers are seeing little real benefit from their paycheck gains."

The report references state economic data that shows Minnesotans' wages are up 6.3 percent over last year, gains that sound good, but when compared with inflation are anything but a recipe for success. While inflation has driven prices up some 6.2 percent nationwide, it has hit the Midwest harder than other regions, driving consumer prices up 7.3 percent according to reporting from The Wall Street Journal. Taken on the whole, then, Minnesotans are down by one percent over the previous October, and that's something Minnesota Republicans are emphasizing ahead of the president's visit.

Minnesota's surging inflation is hitting consumers across the board. Like other northern states heading into the winter, energy costs are the "significant driver" behind the state's inflation. AAA data as of Tuesday shows that the average price for a gallon of regular unleaded gas is $3.157, up from $1.948 one year ago. Natural gas prices are up 28 percent this year. Meanwhile utilities like Minnesota Power are pursuing a 17.5 percent increase in its rates, averaging an extra $15 per residential customer per month and adding $55 to small business' monthly energy costs according to The Star Tribune. Their desire to charge customers more is due to costs from inflation, along with their transition to "clean" energy, another piece of Biden's agenda taking a toll on Americans' wallets.

Minnesotans are facing increasingly expensive trips to the grocery store, too, with aid organizations telling FOX9 that "food shelves in the state were on pace for 3.8 million visits this year, rivaling the pandemic-fueled recession year of 2020."

The result of inflation and other Biden shortcomings mean the president will touch down in a blue state that's not overwhelmingly supportive of his administration. In fact, a recent poll from The Star Tribune showed that a slim majority of Minnesota's voters disapprove of the job he's done so far.

Biden’s ‘Build Back Better’ Fraud

No president has ever proposed a more egregiously misnamed piece of legislation than President Joe Biden’s so-called Build Back Better plan. The label “Progressive-Democrats” chose for this European-style socialist legislation is an example of their favorite ploy: semantic subterfuge — assigning an appealing name to an appalling concept.

In reality, the plan is a socialist wealth redistribution ploy to erode America’s free market economy and replace it with government control, burdensome regulations and even higher taxes. When it comes to building back better, what Biden and the Democrats need to rebuild are the successful policies of the previous administration they destroyed in less than a year.If Biden and his socialist puppet masters want to build America back better, they should start by cleaning up the mess they made of the booming economy they inherited. Biden and company could revive our now heavily inflated, failing economy by eliminating hundreds of burdensome regulations he imposed during his first days in office. Allowing our fossil-fuel infrastructure to restore energy independence would ease our “pain at the pump.” Protecting Americans from patent and intellectual property theft would help American businesses thrive.Building back better should also include restoring America’s credibility. Biden’s callous, incompetent surrender in Afghanistan means we must urgently refocus our military on real threats from Communist China and Iran and cease force-feeding our troops a diet of social-justice tripe.
We must also reestablish our southern border. Sequestering two million illegal immigrants in our country by year-end is an enormous economic burden. It also makes us a global laughingstock. The best way Biden and his leftist fellow travelers can build our country back better is to stop pushing socialist policies, continually expanding government, raising taxes, increasing regulations, encouraging unemployment and running small businesses out of business. Unfortunately, none of this will happen. The House of Representatives passed the misnamed Build Back Better Act on Nov. 19 by a vote of 220 to 213. The legislation should be more appropriately labelled the Build Up Government Act.On the day Build Back Better passed in the House, the federal government cost taxpayers $2.13 million per minute. This cost grows every day Biden is in office. The Congressional Budget Office estimates Build Back Better will increase America’s burgeoning federal deficit by $367 billion.Dan Mitchell and Robert O’Quinn, writing for the Club for Growth Foundation, make additional points about the Build Back Better plan:The actual cost will be $5 trillion, not the $1.75 trillion claimed by Biden and company. The plan is financed by punitive, class-warfare taxes undermining savings, investment and entrepreneurship while diverting badly needed resources from the productive sector of our economy. Over the next 10 years, the plan will cost Americans $3 trillion in economic output, $1.6 trillion in worker pay, a decrease of more than $10,000 in per-worker income and a 4% decline in Americans’ standard of living.

Recommended As Biden Goes Off-Script, White House Tech Team Cuts the Mic and Blasts Music Katie Pavlich Biden’s Build Back Better plan is a massive socialist fraud perpetrated by leftist ideologues who must believe Venezuela, where inflation is now more than 1,000% and people fight over scraps of food from garbage cans, is a Utopian paradise rather than a dystopian disaster. We warned this would happen in a Biden administration in our book, “We Didn’t Fight for Socialism — America’s Veterans Speak Up.” Biden accepted the socialists’ “green game plan” of Sen. Bernie Sanders and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and added to it.If this bill passes the U.S. Senate, our grandchildren will be forced to endure a diminished quality of life unseen in America since the Great Depression. We The People must tell our U.S. Senators, “Vote No!”

Be Afraid, Be Very Afraid

The “experts” skipped the “Xi variant” because they didn’t want to offend the dictator of the country that unleashed a pandemic onto the world, so now we have the Omicron variant of COVID 19. What does it mean? No one knows. The woman who discovered it says its symptoms are significantly more mild than the original or even the Delta variant, but that hasn’t stopped the media and Democrats (sorry to repeat myself) from hyping this newly discovered strain as, perhaps, the bringing of Armageddon. Why? They want, no – need – to keep people afraid. They have too much they want to do that they can’t justify logically, so they need fear to motivate its advancement.

As always, President Anthony Fauci is leading the charge with Joe Biden dithers and eats ice cream. President Trump should’ve fired him when he had the chance. Then again, every President since Reagan should’ve fired him since his career is like a connect-the-dots of failure. Remember that AIDS vaccine? When do you suppose was the last time Fauci treated a patient? Not spoke with one in a clinical trial, though I suspect it’s been a long while for that too, but actually treated a patient? His residency in the 1960s? He’s been a government bureaucrat since then, so it’s quite possible. Yet, last Sunday he told CBS, “I’m just going to do my job and I’m going to be saving lives.” How does a bureaucrat save lives? That’s not the set up for a joke, though it should be and the answer would be, “By quitting his job.” No, it’s what he thinks he’s doing, mostly thanks to the institutional left that has had its collective lips on his rear end for 2 years.

This reality has created a Bizarro World around Fauci and the left – if they could create a hero out of this nobody with a record of failure, what can’t they do? – and they’ve been exploiting it ever since. How many videos have you seen of Karens panicking that someone wasn’t wearing a mask in some public place, even outside? Those people filmed these encounters and, in many cases, posted them themselves thinking their hysterical freak out was something to be proud of, something the world needed to see. That’s the power of the media. You have to keep in mind that there is no longer a fight to convince as many people as possible to your side, Democrats now want to get the bare minimum votes necessary and ram through everything they want. They are no longer bothering to try to get that many votes through persuasion, it’s only fear.Fear of COVID provided a lot of cover for Democrats to push their agenda, but fear of it started to fade before they could get it all. Enter the “variants.” Delta helped them get their first COVID spending bill through, but it can’t be used again. Along comes Omicron…We don’t know anything about Omicron, but the “experts,” up to and including President Fauci and Joe Biden, see an opportunity to get their “human infrastructure” bill through the Senate, so let the fear begin again. But there’s a problem, if you’re at all interested in reality. The Chair of the South African Medical Association, Angelique Coetzee, the doctor who discovered Omicron, says the symptoms thus far have been mild. “Looking at the mildness of the symptoms that we are seeing, currently there is no reason for panicking as we don’t see severely ill patients,” she said. Recommended As Biden Goes Off-Script, White House Tech Team Cuts the Mic and Blasts Music Katie Pavlich Importantly, Coetzee continues, “The hype that’s been created, apparently out there in the media and worldwide, doesn’t correlate with the clinical picture.”Remember that as Democrats seek to impose new lockdowns, new mandates, and try to push through their legislative agenda. The public has no appetite for the “human infrastructure” bill they claim costs $1.7 trillion but really costs more than twice as much. Soon, it will be billed as “crucial” in the fight against COVID and our “struggle” to revitalize the economy. This argument will be in direct conflict with their claims that the economy is back, thanks to their previous spending, but we aren’t dealing with intellectually honest people here, we’re dealing with determined people. We have to be just as determined.  Fear is all they have, as there’s no logical rationale for pushing the “Build Back Better” agenda through and zero public demand. Fear is a hell of a motivator that overrides logic and rational thought. That’s why Democrats work in it, when not working in another motivating force: hate. They want the public one or the other, and sometimes both, but what they never want is an informed public thinking clearly. That’s the one variant of reality they can’t deal with, and the only one Democrats are truly afraid of.

United States heading toward Communist control

Face reality America, we are in a rapidly unfolding Communist Revolution right now. It has been in the works for over a century. If America goes down, every free country follows.

Paraphrasing an article from Trevor Loudon, millions of Americans are still in complete denial. Some think the military is secretly going to right the ship and save us. The truth is, a president was outmaneuvered by an alliance of Communists, globalists and even traitors in the Republican party. The “Deep State” is now almost fully in control. Any patriotic/conservative isn’t coming to be president anytime before 2024 — if we still have meaningful elections by then. To make sure they can never be voted out of office, the Democrats/Communists plan to enfranchise 22 million illegal immigrants, abolish the electoral college, gain at least four more far left senators through Puerto Rico and D.C. statehood, and flood the country with tens of millions more refugees and illegal immigrants. They also plan to nationally introduce voting “reforms,” i.e. mass mail-in balloting, abolition of ID requirements, etc. that will guarantee Democratic/Communist party control from now on. See HR-1.

If Democrats/Communists can abolish the Senate filibuster and place at least four more leftist “justices” on the Supreme Court, there will be virtually no way to stop any of this if we rely on traditional political methods. We’re undergoing a Marxist-Leninist revolution driven by China — right now, in real time.

The military can’t save us, nor can Trump or others. On the contrary, it’s up to patriots to protect any conservatives and the armed forces from unrelenting Democrat/Communist attacks.

When enough Americans face the unpleasant truth, then, and only then can we talk about hope.

Satan is really good at being rotten-evil. Communists are masters of deceit. That is why they use all manner division — divide and conquer; from race, gender, gender confusion, poor vs. not so poor vs rich, criminals against police, you name it, the Communists use it.

Stop taking their bait. If you speak, speak the truth. There are many things we can do to help save our nation, one is written in Article V of the U.S. Constitution, which says that the states or the Congress may propose amendments (that is suggest amendments), and in either case, three-fourths of our 50 states, which is 38 States would have to ratify any proposals. See conventionofstates.com, states, use it or lose it.

TR3 anti-gravity

2005
from Boylan Website

Comments

from ExopoliticsVahooGroup Website
Aloha, I thought it worth commenting on Richard Boylan's latest article which appears to be a well
reasoned appraisal of the antigravity craft possessed by the U.S. military. Dr Boylan cites a number of
whistleblower sources to build an overview of the antigravity craft developed by various U.S. military
contractors as a result of reverse engineering captured extraterrestrial vehicles.

It's worth beeping in mind that Boylan is certainly correct in his main thesis that military contractors have
been working on advanced craft based on extraterrestrial technologies covertly supplied to them.

This should come as no surprise based on what Col Philip Corso revealed in terms of his involvement in
U.S. Army efforts to pass on extraterrestrial technologies to civilian industries from the Roswell wreckage
available in his filing cabinet. Of course, the scraps of ET material in Corso's filing cabinet pales in
comparison with the actual craft retrieved by elite UFO retrieval units on many occasions as
whistleblowers such as Sgt Clifford Stone claim.

While the details of each covert program cited by Boylan may be called into question due to the inherent
problem in whistleblower testimonies that may be seeded with disinformation, his basic premise and
overview appears well thought through. Boylan's research reveals that Space based weapon systems
already exist and have been used for several decades.

This suggests that the Strategic Defense Initiative is just a cover for a covert weapons program that has
been underway for some time and has already been deployed. SDI therefore may be little more than an
effort to take space based weapons systems out of the 'black' world of illicit black budget funding, into
the 'white world' of Congressionally approved Special Access Programs that can be funded by federal
appropriations. This allows the black budget funds raised through illicit sources that previously funded
these covert programs to be earmarked for other 'urgent' purposes.

This suggests that efforts to prevent the weaponization of space need to consider the covert programs
already deployed and the need of military policy makers to get some of these into the 'white world' in
order to gain Congressional funding for other 'black projects'. The proper focus should therefore be on
making transparent the space weapons systems currently deployed, and to have some accountability
process for the deployment and use of such weapons systems by Congressional committees. Turning back
the covert deployment of space based weapons is a much more difficult challenge than preventing their
initial deployment which has already occurred.

Furthermore, the targeting of extraterrestrial vehicles by exotic weapons systems is certainly a major
cause for concern as Boylan points out. However, as influential insiders such as Col Philip Corso have
indicated, there is genuine military concern over extraterrestrial violations of national sovereignty and
human rights .

This has led to Corso and others supporting the deployment of such space based weapons systems.

Consequently, there is great wort; to be done in bridging genuine military concerns over intrusive
extraterrestrial activities, and egregious military practices of targeting extraterrestrial vehicles with exotic
weapons systems.

Michael Salla, PhD

As a behavioral scientist and clinician, I have been working for over 15 years with persons who
report having had an encounter with an extraterrestrial intelligent life form, a Star Visitor .
During the course of this work I have felt it necessary to learn as much as possible about the
veridical reality of UFOs, and what the government already knows about these visitors from
afar.

As information on Star Visitors and their encounters with humans piled up, I began to publish
my findings, presenting them at national and international conferences, in specialty journals,
and in media interviews. This in turn brought me to the attention of certain figures, currently or
formerly in highly-classified sectors of government and the military ad intelligence agencies.
These individuals decided to leak certain additional information to me, knowing that I would
thus serve as a conduit to bring such leaked information to the attention of the portion of the
public interested and ready for such information.

My doctoral training in psychology and anthropology taught the value of first-hand field
research. And because the existence and operations of various undeclared or secret
government installations related to Star Visitor matters are not going to be plumbed without
field research, I made it my task, starting in 1992, to reconnoiter, observe, and in some
instances penetrate many of the most important of these installations.
I reasoned that the knowledge I gained could be very helpful to the experiencers who consult
with me, to help them feel secure that they had not hallucinated, but that such advanced
technology exists, and in fact, the American government is in possession of some of this
technology.

Additionally, the hundreds of experiencers of encounters shared with me information they
possessed, including about advanced U.S. craft, either by reason of being told such things by
the Star Visitors , or by being kidnaped by rogue military-intelligence units and taken aboard
one of these craft to one or other of these installations, or viewed such craft once they arrived.
This added to my store of information and data on advanced U.S. antigravity craft.

While I have gathered, or been entrusted by others with, considerable information on special
American aerospace craft, I do not purport to know everything that is in the U.S. arsenal, nor
everything about the operations and capabilities of the craft that I am about to identify. What I
know is presented here. I have held nothing back.

At this time, I am aware of the existence of ten kinds of special-technology advanced
aerospace platforms [mil-speak for craft], all incorporating antigravity technology in some form.
These ten are:

the Northrop Grumman B-2 Spirit Stealth Bomber

the Aurora

Lockheed-Martin's X-33A

Boeing and Airbus Industries' Nautilus

the TR3-A Pumpkinseed

the TR3-B Triangle

Northrop's Great Pumpkin disc

• Teledyne Ryan Aeronautical's XH-75D

• Shark antigravity helicopter

• Lockheed-Martin and Northrop's jointly-developed TAW-50 hypersonic antigravity

fighter-bomber
Before we examine these ten exotic aerospace craft, a brief overview of the different forms of
generating antigravity fields is in order.

• The most primitive antigravity technology is electrogravitic. This involves using

voltages in the millions of volts to disrupt the ambient gravitational field. This results in
an 89% reduction in gravity's hold on airframes in such vehicles as the B-2 Stealth
Bomber and the TR3-B Astra triangular craft . And given the considerable ambient
ionization field I observed around the X-22A , it is reasonable to assume that extreme-
voltage electrogravitics is also employed with these craft.

• The next level up of sophistication is magnetogravitic. This involves generating high-

energy toroidal fields spun at incredible rpm's, which also disrupts the ambient
gravitational field, indeed to the extent that a counterforce to Earth's gravitational pull is
generated. The early British aeronautical engineers called this dynamic counterbary .
This may have been used in some earlier American saucers and prototypes, but I have
only been told that the secret Nautilus spacefaring craft uses magnetic pulsing , which
appears to utilize this technology.

• The third level of sophistication, that used in the more modern American antigravity

craft, is direct generation and harnessing of the gravitational strong force. Such a
strong-force field extends slightly beyond the atomic nucleus of Element 115 , an exotic
element donated by Star Visitor scientist-consultants to human scientists at S-4, a
secret base south of Area 51 . By amplifying that exposed gravitational strong force,
and using antimatter reactor high energy, and then directing it, it is possible to lift a craft
from the Earth and then change directions by vectoring the shaped antigravity force
field thus generated. Important information about this third technology is available on
Bob Lazar's website. (1) This information is also described on the Bob Lazar video.
Lazar worked on extraterrestrial technology at Los Alamos National Laboratory, and
Area 51 's Site S-4. (2)

Let us now examine these 10 advanced craft in more detail. The amount of information

available for each varies; in some cases more is known, in

other cases very little.

1) The B-2 Stealth bomber is manufactured
Northrop-Grumman

The Air Force describes it as a low-observable, strategic, long-
range heavy bomber capable of penetrating sophisticated and
dense air-defense shields.

Retired Air Force Colonel Donald Ware passed on to me

information from a three-star general he knows, who revealed to him in July that the B-2
[Stealth bombers] have electro-gravitic systems on board; and that this explains why our 21
Northrop B-2s cost about a billion dollars each. (3)

2) The Aurora SR-33A is a moderate-sized
spacefaring vehicle

The late National Security Council scientist Dr. Michael Wolf (4)
of NSC's unacknowledged Special Studies Group
subcommittee, (formerly called MJ-12 ), has stated that the

Aurora can operate on both conventional fuel and antigravity field propulsion systems.

He further stated that the Aurora can travel to the Moon.

Wolf had also disclosed to me that the U.S. has a small station on the Moon , and a tiny

observation post on Mars <5) .

Thus I doubt that Dr. Wolf would characterize the Aurora thus, unless it was a vessel already

used in making such trips. He disclosed additionally that the Aurora operates out of Area 51 ,

(Groom Dry Lake Air Force Station), at the northeast corner of the Nellis AFB Range, north of

Las Vegas, Nevada.

3) The Lockheed-Martin X-33A military
spaceplane

Is a prototype of Lockheed's other spaceplane, the single-
stage-to-orbit reuseable aerospace vehicle, the National
SpacePlane .

Lockheed-Martin does not say too much about its winged,
delta-shape X-33 VentureStar, except to say that we are
building it. To be at that stage of development for its public-
program SpacePlane, clearly Lockheed-Martin has already
long since built prototypes, as well as an unacknowledged military version, which I have
dubbed the X-33A. The 'A' suffix stands for antigravity.

Colonel Donald Ware, USAF (ret.) told me that he had recently learned from a three-star
General that the VentureStar X-33 has an electrogravitics (antigravity) system on board <6) .
This virtually assures that the unacknowledged military antigravity version, the X-33 A, must
surely also have electrogravitics on board. It is possible that what I have called the X-33A is
the Aurora craft which Dr. Wolf described.

4) The Lockheed X-22A is a two-man
antigravity disc fighter

The late Colonel Steve Wilson, USAF (ret.), stated that

military astronauts trained at a secret aerospace academy

separate from the regular Air Force Academy at Colorado

Springs, CO.

These military astronauts then operate out of Beale and

Vandenberg Air Force Bases, Northern California From those

bases, these military astronauts regularly fly trans-

atmospherically and out into space (7) . One of the aerospace craft they use, Colonel Wilson

reported, is the X-22A.

Another informant, 'Z', aka 'Jesse', who formerly worked at the NSA, told me that the
Lockheed X-22A antigravity fighter disc fleet is equipped with Neutral Particle Beam directed-
energy weapons, that it is capable of effecting optical as well as radar invisibility, and that it is
deployable for worldwide military operations from the new U.S. Space Warfare Headquarters,
located in hardened underground facilities beneath 13,528' King's Peak in the Wasatch
Mountains' High Uintas Primitive (Wilderness) Area, 80 miles east of Salt Lake City <8) .

Recently I also heard from an Army engineer, formerly TDY'ed to NASA, who shall remain
unnamed at his request. He also confirmed that Lockheed had made the X-22A, the two-man

antigravity fighter disc which I had seen test-flown in a canyon adjacent to the main Area 51
operations zone.

He explained why I had seen the X-22A so nervously flown during that test flight. He said that
the original X-22A had had a standard altimeter hard-wired into it, but that such an instrument
would give faulty readings in the craft's antigravity field, which bends space-time. He had
recommended that they instead use a gradiometer, which would function better.
Apparently his suggestion was finally taken up, since in more recent years I have seen the X-
22As flying more smoothly and confidently at high altitudes over and near Area 51 .

Another informant who wishes his identity kept private related operational details about military

deployment of antigravity disc craft which sound like the X-22A. He reports:

'During operation Desert Storm a close relative of mine was in charge of a Marine Division

right on the front. In the first days film footage and especially video-cams which a large number

of G.l.s had were impounded, so they wouldn't capture any sensitive material.

Iraq was pumped up and Gung-Ho, since they had well over 50,000 troops ready to charge us,

[and] since we only had about 3500 they knew of, and they knew [that], because of the close

proximity of troops we couldn't nuke them, so, they were assuming piece of cake. Wrong.

Two pictures my relative confiscated from one of his officers showed:

1. a large disc-shaped craft slightly in front of our men with a high intensity beam of light
emitting out of it; then,

2. where men, equipment, etc. was [had stood], there only remained dark charcoal-like spots
on the desert floor. We have had this technology for quite a while .'

The described disc was clearly an antigravity , levitating , aerial-weapons platform in the U.S.
arsenal. Quite possibly it was the Lockheed X-22A two-man discoid craft, the real DarkStar, of
which the unmanned drone X-22 DarkStar is but an aircraft 'cover' program to disguise the
existence of this manned antigravity fighter disc, the X-22A.

Further, as 'Z' noted, the real manned discs come equipped with the latest Neutral Particle
Beam weapons , which take apart the target at the molecular level. Star Visitor craft do not
incinerate humans. Only human military fighters are so deployed. So the above report does not
deal with any extraterrestrial event.

5) The Nautilus is another space-faring craft

A secret military spacecraft which operates by magnetic pulsing <9) .

It operates out of the unacknowledged new headquarters of the U.S. Space Command, deep

under a mountain in Utah. It makes twice-a-week trips up to the secret military-intelligence

space station, which has been in deep space for the past thirty years, and manned by U.S. and

USSR (now CIS) military astronauts. The Nautilus also is used for superfast surveillance

operations, utilizing its ability to penetrate target country airspace from above from deep space,

a direction not usually expected.

It is manufactured jointly by Boeing's Phantom Works near Seattle and EU's Airbus Industries

Anglo-French consortium. During travel to Washington State several years ago, I had a

conversation with a former Boeing executive who worked in their Phantom Works, Boeing's

black projects division, (roughly the equivalent of Lockheed's Skunk Works).

The executive confirmed what I had earlier learned from an intelligence insider: that Boeing

had teamed up with Europe's Airbus Industrie to manufacture the Nautilus.

6) The TR3-A 'Pumpkinseed' is a super-
fast air vehicle

The ' PumpkinseecT nickname is a reference to its thin oval

airframe, whose contours resemble that seed.

It may be the craft identified as using pulse detonation

technology for propulsion in a sub-hypersonic regime, and also uses antigravity technology for

either mass-reduction or complementary field propulsion at higher speed levels.

As air breathers, these Pulse Detonation Wave Engines (PDWEs) could theoretically propel a

hypersonic aircraft towards Mach 10 at an altitude in excess of 180,000 feet. Used to power an

trans-atmospheric vehicle, the same PDWEs might be capable of lifting the craft to the edge of

space when switched to rocket mode.

7) the TR3-B 'Astra "

Is a large triangular anti-gravity craft within the U.S. fleet. Black
projects defense industry insider Edgar Rothschild Fouche
wrote about the existence of the TR3-B in his book, Alien
Rapture (10) .

My ex-NSA informant, 'T, also confirmed that the TR3-B is

operational. 'Z' had this to say about the TR3-B triangular antigravity craft.

TR3-B. This is the code name for what everyone on Earth has seen. It is a very large
triangular-shaped re-entry vehicle with anti-gravity. It is what the November [2000] issue of
Popular Mechanics identified as the Lenticular Reentry Vehicle , a nuclear-powered flying
saucer, the first version of which went operational in 1962, [the version which Popular
Mechanics illustrated.]

It was used in Gulf War's early hours with electromagnetic-pulse/laser cannons. It literally sat

mid-air, firing long-, medium-, short-range to take out antennas, towers, communications, air

traffic control towers, TV dishes and centers, etc. For three hours, these three triangles [TR3-

Bs] just sat there blowing up everything in sight.

Then the Stealth fighters had fun for the rest of the day into the early evening next night. Then

[followed] carpet bombings from high altitude B-52 Strato-Fortresses. They dumped all the old,

aged Vietnam-era crap [munitions]; a third blew up and the rest [were] duds. Anyways, the

TR3B has been in testing since the '60s. But it has only been perfected for the last 8 years

[since 1992].

It is a good remake of what Truman first saw, [the Roswell semi-circular craft]. It is

compartmentalized, built by the Skunk Works (Lockheed-Martin's classified plant at Palmdale,

CA) and Boeing [Phantom Works, Seattle]. It is housed in Utah.

'Z' was reminding of his earlier revelation that the U.S. Space Command has located its prime

headquarters and antigravity space-launch fleet facility beneath King Mountain, the tallest

mountain in the Wasatch Range east of Salt Lake City, Utah.

8) Northrop Aircraft Corporation has manufactured its Northrop
antigravity disc (designation unknown)

...which I have dubbed the ' Great Pumpkin ' , from its brilliant ruddy golden-orangish glow. I first

saw these craft operationally test-flown in 1992 above the Groom Range ridge line at Area 51 ,

Nevada.

Later I saw the same intensely burning-bright orange-gold craft that I had seen above Area 51

being test-flown sixty miles north of Los Angeles, in the Tehachapi Mountains east of Edwards

Air Force Base.

There the Northrop has its secret saucer manufacturing works buried deep within the

mountains. I saw the same intensely burning-bright orange-gold craft test-flown above

Northrop's mountaintop test bed there as I had seen above Areas 51/S-4 <11) .

When energized these discs emit their characteristic intense glow. It is reasonable to assume
that this is due to strong ionization, and that electrogravitics is the methodology of their field
propulsion.

9) The XH-75D or XH Shark antiqravitv
helicopter

Is manufactured by Teledyne Ryan Aeronautical Corporation of
San Diego. USAF Colonel Steve Wilson reported that many of
these XH-75Ds were assigned to the Delta/National
Reconnaissance Organization Division which retrieves downed

That Division is also implicated in mutilating cattle as a

psychological warfare program on the American public, to try to get citizens to fear and hate

extraterrestrials through assuming that aliens are the ones cutting up the cattle.

Colonel Wilson also leaked a drawing of the XH-75D Shark.

10) The TAW-50 is a hypersonic, antigravity space fighter-
bomber

A defense contractor with whom I have been in communication leaked to me details of this U.S.
Advanced TAW-50 warcraft. Developed during the early 1990s, the capabilities of this war-
bird are jaw-dropping. And the technology shows that the Defense Department did not fail to
utilize what it learned combing through the wreckage of various UFO crashes.

The TAW-50 was jointly developed by the Lockheed-Martin Skunk Works (Palmdale-Helendale,
CA) and Northrop (undoubtedly at their undeclared Anthill facility within the Tehachapi
Mountains, northwest of Lancaster, CA.) Both companies have a history of development of
secret anti-gravity craft at these Mojave Desert facilities.

The TAW-50 has speed capabilities well in excess of Mach 50 , a number the contractor
calls 'a very conservative estimate'. Its actual speed is classified. Since Mach-1 is 1 ,225
kilometers per hour, (approximately 748 mph), this means that the TAW-50 is capable of
moving considerably faster than 38,000 mph. In comparison, the velocity required to escape
Earth's gravity is 25,000 mph. Therefore the TAW-50 is capable of going into space, and does.

The TAW-50 has a SCRAM (supersonic ramjet) propulsion system for passing through the
outer atmosphere. The TAW-50 utilizes electrogravitics to maintain its own artificial gravity
while in weightless space, as well as to nullify the vehicle's mass during operations. The TAW-
50's power supply is provided by a small nuclear power generator that the contractor said is
Normal-Inert.

The contractor said that the space plane uses electromagnetoferrometric power generation by
the immersion of pellets in heavy water (deuterium) and specially-designed coil
superconductive magnets, which yield enormous amounts of free electrons when placed in an
immersion which has been triggered into an oscillating field-state flux.

The TAW-50 has a crew of four. Nevertheless, the TAW-50 flies so fast that it requires
computers to fly it. These were developed by American Computer Company , who derived
them from its Valkyrie XB/9000 Al [artificial intelligence] Guidance series. They utilize a RISC
Milspec Superchip. There are 180 of them in the flight control system, and 64 more in the
weapons guidance system, the contractor reported.

It can carry a combined payload of glide bombs and a package of MIRV (Multiple
Independently-targeted Reentry Vehicles, mil-speak for a group of intercontinental ballistic
missiles), each of which can seek out and strike a different target. The MIRV pack also
contains reentry-capable balloon countermeasures to make it very difficult for laser and other
defensive weapons to track down where the real MIRVs are and intercept them.
The TAW-50 is armed with its own Kill Laser system , which can track and immolate SAM
(Surface-to-Air missiles), STTA (Surface-To-Trans-Atmosphere missiles), ATA (Air-To- Air
missiles), and ATTA (Air-To-Trans-Atmospheric missiles). The TAW-50's killer lasers can also
knock down high-performance fighter interceptors. The TAW's Kill Laser is much smaller than
the earlier 1980s-era SDI ( Star Wars program) models, and has a miniaturized cooling core
and 500 times the wattage. The contractor said it uses a spontaneous nucleonic burst to
trigger the lasing [laser] effect.

In addition, the TAW-50 is armed with microsuperexplosive HyperDart missiles . These are just
a little larger than ordinary aircraft cannon ammunition, but travel at hypersonic speed for up to
three minutes, and have enormous explosive capability. One HyperDart can blow apart a MiG
fighter anywhere within 20 feet of the HyperDart. The TAW-50 carries several hundred
HyperDarts.

Because the TAW-50 is designed to operate in space, it has on board a two-day air supply.
This air supply can be extended by using its scoop system and traveling into the upper
atmosphere to harvest more oxygen.

The contractor did not reveal the size of the space fighter-bomber except to say, 'It's a pretty
big thing.'

The performance of the TAW-50 makes it virtually impossible to defend against.

• It can hide in orbit many hundreds of miles into space, orbiting at times at 22,000 mph.

• Then, without warning, it can dive straight down through the atmosphere at over 38,000

miles per hour on an 80-degree attack vector, reverse direction within 150 feet of the
ground with very little loss of motion and without a glide turn, and almost instantly go
vertically straight up at over 38,000 mph until long after it leaves the atmosphere and
resumes orbiting in space.
The contractor noted, Those [electro-] gravities allow it to change its mass to almost nothing in
a moment, and reverse direction in a second, increase its acceleration to so many times G
[Earth's gravity] it's not funny, yet they are able to nearly nullify the G-force on the pilots.
They [the electrogravitics] are fourth-generation, with the ability to bring it to a complete
standstill in under 2 milliseconds, if need be, without crushing the pilots, and keep it there for
quite some time.' The contractor notes, 'It's far too fast for tracking radars.' 'And,' he
adds, 'what military aims its radars straight up?'

The TAW-50 can be refueled and rearmed in orbit by docking with the secret undeclared
Military Space Station that is in orbit <12) The entire refueling and rearming procedure takes
under 10 minutes. Who mans the gas pumps? Military astronauts trained at the Secret Air
Force Academy, located in the hills immediately west of the official Air Force Academy at
Colorado Springs, CO. These military astronauts rotate duty by traveling to and from
Vandenberg Air Force Base on other military antigravity vehicles (13) .

The Cape Canaveral Space Shuttles have carried the arming platforms ('classified Defense
Department payloads') up to the secret Military Space Station. The contractor reported that
with a few extra tanks of LOX (liquid oxygen), the TAW-50 could fly to the Moon and back.

As of 2002, the U.S. has 20 TAW-50s in its arsenal. But, as the contractor commented, 'You

could take out an entire nation in under 10 days with only 10 of these, doing three attacks a

day.

One can wipe out an entire city the size of suburban Cleveland in a single attack without

having to use any nukes at all.'

• The electrogravitics for the TAW-50 was produced by GE Radionics.

• Pratt & Whitney designed the SCRAM atmospheric penetrator technology.

• American Computer Company created the artificial-intelligence supercomputers.
The contractor said he could not tell me anything else. And it was clear he did not want his
name used. So, this is what is known.

11) The Northrop Quantum Teleportation Disc ?

Are the above the current state-of-the-art in advanced aerospace craft? No. There have been
advances beyond "mere" antigravity field propulsion. Quantum particulate physics is now being
used to update a variety of aerospace craft and their weapons systems.

On a recent (09/16/05) field trip to the boundary of Area 51 , during a middle-of-the-night
observation, I saw first one, then another, and finally six brightly-lit objects suddenly appear at
approximately 1000' (305 meters) height above the desert floor. The intensely-glowing, ruddy,
golden-orangish ionization field surrounding these craft appeared identical to the field around
the Northrop antigravity disc. But in the 13 years since I had last observed the Northrop discs
above Area 51 , and at their Tehachapi Mountains manufacturing site, considerable progress
has been made.

In 1992, the Northrop disc slowly rose vertically from its flight pad and gradually reached flight
altitude. But in 2005 these craft are able to depart from their flight pad and suddenly appear at
flight altitude without any visible ascent. And it is not a matter of their ionization field having
been turned off during ascent for stealth purposes.

The ionization field comes with electrogravitic field propulsion. If the ionization were turned off,
the craft would have fallen from the sky. Rather what appears to be going on is that the
Northrop engineers have incorporated quantum physics principles into the propulsion. Simply
stated, Northrop appears to have harnessed quantum entanglement to achieve quantum
teleportation. To the observer the craft simply ceases to exist on the flight pad and instantly
begins to exist at, (in this case), 1000 feet altitude.

If the interpretation of this observation is correct, then there exists an 1 1 th entry in the U.S.
antigravity arsenal, the Northrop Quantum Teleportation Disc.

If the black-budget scientists keep advancing along these lines, we could foresee the day

when a fleet of Air Force craft suddenly "cease to exist" on the air base runway and instantly
appear at 35,000 feet altitude over a target city halfway around the globe.
America has used its enormous wealth to become the global super-power.
The TAW-50 is but one example of its exotic, unnecessarily proliferative, and highly-
destructive arsenal. The world awaits the day when America finds its soul, and pays more
attention to matters of spirit, mind, and metaphysical development, and withdraws from its
addiction to war toys.

It has been said that if the American people knew what the military had in their arsenal today,
they wouldn't believe it, and would think that someone was fantasizing about a George Lucas
Star Wars movie episode.
But it's not science-fiction. The future is already here.

The implications of the advanced antigravity craft back-engineered by humans are several. All
of the antigravity technology is in the control of the organization conducting the UFO Cover-Up.
This organization is so heavily infiltrated by Cabal types that Dr. Michael Wolf regretfully
concluded that the Cabal had effective control of it. He should know; he was a high member of
that Special Studies Group, [formerly "MJ-12"], buried within the National Security Council.

Since the Cabal effectively control the development and special uses of these craft, there
remains a very high danger that the Cabal will use its growing antigravity fleet to try to repel
the Star Visitors and even conduct Space War. Elements within the U.S. Air Force and the
Naval Space Command are making preparations for such a Space War.

What can we do about this as light workers, Star Kids, Star Seed adults or other humans of
good will?

1 . First is to keep ourselves informed about dangerous and evil uses of antigravity (and

quantum) technology.

2. Second is to contact our political representatives to oppose policies and weapons

systems development that is oriented towards space warfare.

3. Third is to encourage the release of this technology into the civilian sector, where it can

revolutionize transportation, energy generation, large construction projects, and other
peaceful uses.

4. Fourth, the existence of this human technology is a two-edged sword for the Cabal. Not

only is the existence of antigravity technology starting to get out to the public, but also
the very existence of a massive worldwide organization conducting the UFO Cover-Up
and confiscation of Star Visitor technology.

As the public becomes aware that the Cabal have unfairly monopolized this technology for 40+

years, the public will become incensed at the Cabal for their greed and selfishness.

This then becomes the opportunity to expose and discredit the Cabal, the Number One

obstacle to human safety and progress .

The Truth Is The Military Has Been Researching “Anti-Gravity” For Nearly 70 Years

ecades-old questions about the potential existence of fantastical anti-gravity propulsion technologies have resurfaced following the Navy’s own disclosure of encounters with unidentified aerial phenomena and our own original reporting on a series of bizarre patents assigned to the U.S. Navy that seem to defy our current understanding of physics and aerospace propulsion. While the discussion continues over whether any such technologies are feasible, the truth is that the theoretical concepts behind them are anything but new. In fact, the U.S. military and the federal government have been formally researching these radical concepts since the 1950s, and according to our own research, those efforts have continued on to this very day.

In our dive into what seems like something of a bottomless rabbit hole of government studies into this exotic scientific realm, we have collected a body of research, news reports, and firsthand accounts. These establish the fact that the types of “anti-gravity”, propellantless propulsion, and mass reduction technologies described in the Navy’s recent “UFO” patents are at least based on more than 60 years of peer-reviewed research conducted and published by the likes of the American Institute of Physics, NASA, the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and the Air Force Research Laboratory.

While we can’t say that any of this research led to actually being able to harness “anti-gravity” or extremely advanced next-generation propulsion technologies to any useful extent, the most advanced laboratories under control of both the armed forces and the academic world have certainly been trying their best to get there for the better part of a century. Also, keep in mind that all of this information comes from unclassified sources, and there is definitely more of it than just what is represented here. We can only wonder how much work has been done in the classified realm on what was once openly considered the next massive revolution in aerospace technology.

The Martin Company’s Early Foray Into Anti-Gravity

In terms of the Air Force’s early anti-gravity research, one intriguing first-hand account comes from Dr. Louis Witten, who was a professor of physics at the University of Cincinnati from 1968 to 1991. Throughout his career, Witten conducted research into gravitation, quantum gravity, and general relativity. The last one of these is the theory first put forward by Albert Einstein that proposes that gravity is essentially a warp or curve in the geometry of space-time caused by mass. During a roundtable discussion titled “Recollections of the Relativistic Astrophysics Revolution” held at the 27th Texas Symposium on Relativistic Astrophysics in 2013, Witten recounted his own work on what he somewhat puzzlingly refers to as “the discovery of anti-gravity.” In his portion of the roundtable, Witten recalls being recruited by George S. Trimble, then serving as Vice President for Aviation and Advanced Propulsion Systems at the Glenn L. Martin Company, which evolved first into Martin-Marietta and eventually merged with Lockheed in 1995 to form Lockheed Martin. The project for which Witten was recruited would come to be known as the Research Institute for Advanced Studies (RIAS) and was officially founded in 1955 by George Bunker, president of Martin, with the goal of advancing aerospace science and development. “The vice president [Trimble] had the wonderful idea which was to develop anti-gravity,” Witten says, noting he immediately balked at the proposal. “When he tried the idea in public, you can imagine the greeting he received from scientists. So he said to himself ‘those poor bastards, I’ll show them.'” Despite his skepticism, Witten ended up accepting Trimble’s offer to join the powerful Martin executive’s pet project.Throughout his short speech given at the roundtable, Witten says that even though he faced ridicule within the scientific community for his research, there was no shortage of people who would tell him they knew how to achieve anti-gravity:

“Some of them were very simple ideas. The simple ideas are always hard to combat. Suppose somebody comes to you and says ‘I have a rock of bismuth that demonstrates anti-gravity.’ What do you do? There was a Vice President of the Martin Company who brought that up, he said ‘I read about a guy in Indiana who says a rock of bismuth…’ I said ‘It’s nonsense.’ He said ‘How do you know it’s nonsense? How do you know there’s no isotope of bismuth that shows anti-gravity?’ What do you say to that?”

Witten’s speech begins around the 1:49:10 mark:

Witten’s ends his speech by pointing out that despite the constant barrage of nonsense claims to investigate, “the power of a Vice President of a big company is so great that the reason there was a laboratory at Wright Field [today known Areas A and C of Wright Patterson Air Force Base] was to find out what we were doing and to help us do it and I got a contract from Wright Field to do it – to do gravity. Which I did, very happily.” It’s unknown what, if anything, ever came of Witten’s research or the program’s other related research. While we haven’t found a record of him at Wright Patterson to confirm his account, Witten did in fact publish several theoretical articles concerning general relativity throughout that period including “Invariants of General Relativity and the Classification of Spaces”, “Geometry of Gravitation and Electromagnetism”, and “Conformal Invariance in Physics”, all of which list Witten as an employee of the Research Institute for Advanced Studies established by Martin. The anti-gravity work Witten claims to have conducted at RIAS on behalf of Martin is corroborated by a series of three articles written by aviation journalist Ansel Talbert and published in the New York Herald Tribune on November 20, 21, and 22, 1956. Talbert served as the aviation correspondent for the Herald Tribune from 1953 until the paper shut down in 1966, after which he wrote for various aviation magazines and trade publications.

New York Herald Tribune

The front page of the November 20, 1955 issue of the New York Herald Tribune.

The articles outline several research institutes that were focused on unlocking the secrets of gravity in the 1950s, including several major universities and private laboratories. A key part of much of the research conducted at these facilities involved relatively down-to-earth topics like electromagnetism, rotating masses at high speeds, and various methods of attempting to reduce an aircraft’s mass. Ansel Talbert was offered a firsthand glimpse into the research conducted at many of the laboratories set up in the 1950s to research gravity and attempts to combat it. His series of articles exploring the subject mention the anti-gravity interests and research of some of the biggest names in aviation: William P. Lear, Lawrence D. Bell, Dr. Igor I. Sikorsky, Martin’s Vice President Trimble, and even frozen foods magnate Clarence Birdseye. “Mr. Birdseye gave the world its first packaged quick-frozen foods and laid the foundation for today’s frozen food industry,” Talbert wrote, “more recently he has become interested in gravitational studies.”

New York Herald Tribune

Lawrence Bell of Bell Aircraft with Lt. Col Frank J. Everest, Maj. Charles Yeager, and Maj. Arthur Murray. According to Talbert’s articles, Bell believed that is was possible “to cancel out gravity instead of fighting it.”

Talbert’s series offers a fascinating glimpse into the many anti-gravity research efforts which were underway in the mid-1950s, but like all accounts of anti-gravity or breakthrough propulsion research, none of the subjects Talbert interviewed offered any suggestion that conclusive working anti-gravity technologies ever came from these endeavors. Still, Talbert points out that some of the brightest minds in aerospace engineering and physics were devoted to studying gravity at the time, studies which led to important breakthroughs in general relativity:

The current efforts to understand gravity and universal gravitation both at the sub-atomic level and at the level of the universe have the positive backing today of many of America’s outstanding physicists. These include Dr. Edward Teller of the University of California, who received prime credit for developing the hydrogen bomb; Dr. J. Robert Oppenheimer, director of the Institute for Advanced Study at Princeton; Dr. Freeman J. Dyson, theoretical physicist at the Institute, and Dr. John A. Wheeler, professor of physics at Princeton University who made important contributions to America’s first nuclear fission project. It must be stressed that scientists in this group approach the problem only from the standpoint of pure research. They refuse to predict exactly in what directions the search will lead or whether it will be successful beyond broadening human knowledge generally.

One of the biggest takeaways from Talbert’s series is the optimism shared by many of those involved with the project, as well as the stigma surrounding such an endeavor, even back then:

Grover Loening, who was the first graduate in aeronautics in an American university and the first engineer hired by the Wright Brothers, holds similar views. Over a period of forty years, Mr. Loening has had a distinguished career as an aircraft designer and builder and recently was decorated by the United States Air Force for his work as a special scientific consultant. “I firmly believe that before long man will acquire the ability to build an electromagnetic contra-gravity mechanism that works,” he says. “Much the same line of reasoning that enabled scientists to split up atomic structures also will enable them to learn the nature of gravitational attraction and ways to counter it.”Right now there is considerable difference of opinion among those working to discover the secret of gravity and universal gravitation as to exactly how long the project will take. George S. Trimble, a brilliant young scientist who is head of the new advanced design division of Martin Aircraft in Baltimore and a member of the sub-committee on high-speed aerodynamics of the National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics, believes that it could be done relatively quickly if sufficient resources and momentum were put behind the program.”I think we could do the job in about the time that it actually required to build the first atom bomb if enough trained scientific brainpower simultaneously began thinking about and working towards a solution,” he said. “Actually, the biggest deterrent to scientific progress is a refusal of some people, including scientists, to believe that things which seem amazing can really happen… I know that if Washington decides that it is vital to our national survival to go where we want and do what we want without having to worry about gravity, we’d find the answer rapidly.”

An op-ed sent to the New York Herald Tribune in response to Talbert’s series.

The Aerospace Research Laboratories At Wright Patterson Air Force Base

George Trimble, Clarence Birdseye, and Lawrence Bell weren’t the only ones interested in researching anti-gravity. Talbert’s series reported that nearly every major aerospace company at the time was involved in some way with researching “the gravity problem”: Convair, Lear, Sikorsky, Sperry-Rand Corp., General Dynamics, and Avro Canada. Just as Dr. Louis Witten mentioned off-hand in the closing seconds of his speech at the 27th Texas Symposium on Relativistic Astrophysics, the United States Air Force also established its own gravity research project at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. The project was initially known as the General Physics Laboratory of the Aeronautical Research Laboratories (ARL), but its name was changed to Aerospace Research Laboratories at some point. To head the project, the Air Force hired physicist Joshua N. Goldberg who had recently received his PhD from Syracuse University. According to Goldberg’s Curriculum Vitae, he served as a research physicist at Wright Patterson’s Aerospace Research Laboratories from 1956 to 1962, as well as teaching graduate-level classical mechanics at the Ohio State University Extension at Wright Patterson. Goldberg’s publications from that period show he published a number of theoretical articles in academic journals while working at Wright Patterson, including titles such as “Conservation Laws in General Relativity”, “Measurement of Distance in General Relativity”, and “Einstein Spaces with Four-parameter Holonomy Group.” Many of Goldberg’s peers at Wright Patterson likewise produced peer-reviewed research in general relativity while at Wright Patterson. Numbers vary, but some accounts say dozens of studies were produced by Goldberg’s group. Some of the reports published from that era include equation-dense publications like “Some Extensions of Liapunov’s Second Method” by J.P. LaSalle and “Gravitational Field of a Spinning Mass as an Example of Algebraically Special Metrics” by Roy Kerr.

Physical Review Letters

Viewpoints differ on the nature of the research conducted at Wright-Patterson under this program. Some have posited that it had to do with actually trying to develop anti-gravity propulsion, while others say its goals were far more mundane.Nevertheless, the research supported by the Air Force led to what some science historians have called the “Golden Age of Relativity,” a title disputed by others, such as German physicist Hubert Goenner, who argues that “to a great extent what was named the ‘Golden age of relativity’ in the United States, may have been nothing but a feature of a general trend in physics after the ‘Sputnik’-shock.” It’s often claimed that the institute at Wright Patterson and other associated Air Force-funded laboratories were set up merely to investigate reports of Russian anti-gravity research to see if America’s adversaries had achieved what the United States had not been able to.The anti-gravity research conducted at Wright Patterson concluded in the early 1970s with the passage of the Mansfield Amendments. The first of these, passed in 1970, limited “military funding of research that lacked a direct or apparent relationship to a specific military function.” According to an Office of Technology Assessment report delivered to the U.S. House of Representatives in 1991, these Mansfield Amendments for some years somewhat slowed the rate of U.S. military research into the types of lofty, abstract topics studied at Wright Patterson throughout the 1950s and 1960s. Following those Amendments, the Department of Defense’s research strategy shifted more towards the proposal-grant model seen at university and private laboratories today. That is not to say that the U.S. military’s research into gravitation ended with the Mansfield Amendments or was limited solely to Goldberg’s group at Wright Patterson. There is a wealth of research in the public realm that shows the Air Force’s research into these concepts continued long after the scientists at that base moved on to long careers in academia. In 1972, an ad hoc group with Franklin Mead, then Senior Aerospace Engineer with the Air Force Aerospace Research Laboratories, serving as editor had published a technical report titled “Advanced Propulsion Concepts – Project Outgrowth” for the Air Force Rocket Propulsion Laboratory at Edwards Air Force Base. The document discusses various advanced propulsion concepts ranging from traditional rocket propulsion to “anti-gravity propulsion,” to which an entire chapter is dedicated. Two main approaches are outlined in Project Outgrowth: those using gravitational absorption, and those based on unified field theory which unites electromagnetism and gravitation. While the document notes that these approaches would “require some major breakthroughs in materials,” it points out that “no new or radical change in fundamental physics” would be required to make these breakthroughs a reality. In other words, Mead and the rest of the study group believed that these types of breakthrough propulsion concepts may be possible once materials sciences caught up with concepts developed in theoretical physics.

USAF

Throughout the expansive Project Outgrowth document, Mead and the other scientists also explored field propulsion, defined as those concepts which use “electric and/or magnetic fields to accelerate an ionized working fluid, or react directly with the environment by electric or magnetic effects.” While a range of theoretical field propulsion approaches were analyzed, they concluded that “it would be impossible within the time constraints of this study to evaluate the field propulsion area completely,” noting however that “more radical concepts may be found in the open literature by those interested in pursuing them.”Still, the document contains quite a few curiosities. One chapter, titled “Electrostatic Effects,” describes the use of electric generators to charge giant metallic spheres buried in the ground six miles apart in symmetrical arrangements. Another sphere would be placed on top of the ground in the center of this arrangement of spheres, which would then be shot up to 620 miles into space when the other spheres are charged with an intense electrical current, according to the document. It is also claimed that vehicles flying in space with charged skins could be used to cause the spheres to change directions instantly without any loss of velocity or use of propellant.

USAF

As fascinating as this experiment sounds, there is nothing in the document to suggest the Air Force actually sent metal spheres flying into the sky, and the document points out that “analysis of this concept completely ignores the effect of the immense electric fields of the surrounding environment,” noting that ambient ions accumulating around the spheres would nullify the repulsion effect. “Handling and producing charged objects of the magnitude assumed for the analysis may be well beyond the reach of technology for decades to come“ and “all of the ideas discussed lack theoretical and technical merit,” the study group concluded.

USAF

The same document outlines theoretical approaches at using superconductors to achieve electromagnetic spacecraft propulsion, noting that the applications of high energy electromagnetic fields range far beyond propulsion:

The greatest advantage of this concept is that the system is initially charged on earth with a tremendous amount of massless energy which is stored in a low-loss propulsion system. […] Similar to other low-thrust vehicles, this system is capable of accelerating to very high velocities when operating over great distances for substantial periods of time. […] This system could be used to decelerate vehicles approaching the Earth at high speed. Militarily, this concept could, with its high magnetic field, destroy, deflect, or severely damage incoming high-speed projectiles.

USAF

The Project Outgrowth document concludes by arguing that while many of these concepts are still out of the grasp of the USAF, advances in materials and engineering could make what in 1972 seemed like fantasy a reality in the decades to come:

Obviously, advancements in certain areas of technology could make a number of concepts suddenly very attractive. Improvements in high energy lasers by several orders of magnitude of energy output or new concepts involving long-distance energy transfer would make both laser propulsion and infinite Isp ramjet very attractive. The development of higher current density superconductors, metallic hydrogen, or even room temperature superconductors would make many of the magnetic concepts more attractive. […]Radical departures from time-honored, well-proved approaches are either discarded or lack visualization. Possibly, not until man truly becomes a creature of space will the restrictions imposed on his imagination be removed and radically new propulsion concepts devised. We are just beginning to understand the true nature of space and to attempt to utilize this environment for our propulsion needs.

The same concepts explored in the Project Outgrowth document were later examined by subsequent Air Force-funded studies. In 1988, the New York-based Veritay Technology, Inc. submitted the document “21st Century Propulsion Concept” to the Air Force Astronautics Laboratory (AFAL) at Edwards Air Force Base. The document looks at the Biefield-Brown effect, a controversial theory that claims that electrical fields can produce propulsive forces sometimes referred to as ionic wind. The AFAL was able to generate minuscule measures of propulsion with the concept, but concluded that “ion propulsion effects are negligible.”A similar report from 1989 titled “Electric Propulsion Study” also complied for the Astronautics Laboratory at Edwards outlines a variety of theories and experiments that explore the interactions between gravitational, electrical, and electromagnetic fields. Concepts like ionic wind, the Mach effect, and various applications of high energy electromagnetic fields are discussed. One brief chapter explores the concept of inertial mass variation using a rotating cylinder filled with mercury. The Air Force concluded that the experiment showed little promise and that “no AFAL action is suggested at this time” but that “should an experiment by external agencies be done with positive results, then this area should be reconsidered.” Ultimately, the document concludes that while much of the research it cites is still in its infancy, inertial mass reduction techniques may offer the most promising results with further study:

It is recommended that policies and plans take into consideration long time studies in the area of gravity and inertia. These areas deserve more emphasis. This is likely to be more important than any single experimental program. Since chemical propulsion is reaching its theoretical limits and nuclear propulsion has political difficulties, it is more likely that gravitational and electromagnetic studies will lead to future breakthroughs than any nuclear force studies (with the possible exception of more recent low temperature fusion work).

The Air Force continues to look into ways of defying gravity without the use of propellants and some technical reports maintain that this will soon be possible. According to the 2006 study “Advanced Technology and Breakthrough Physics for 2025 and 2050 Military Aerospace Vehicles” which was published by the American Institute of Physics, some scientists claim that next-generation propulsion may be achieved sometime within the next three decades. The study was compiled at the request of the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) and examines the technological breakthroughs that researchers believed could be developed and implemented by 2025 and 2050.

The conceptual “2050 vehicle” featuring hypothetical inertial mass reduction technology which is theorized to extract energy from the quantum vacuum.

While most of the report centers around compact fusion reactors and the developments of new high temperature composite materials, the section on the “2050 Vehicle” predicts that the jet propulsion and power systems of this hypothetical aircraft will come in the form of propellant-less field propulsion based on the principle of inducing mass fluctuations using high-frequency electromagnetic fields:

One example of propellant-less field propulsion […] proposes the use of high voltage and high frequency electromagnetic (em) field pulsations to induce mass fluctuations within the electronic and ionic structure of dielectric materials – to cause a favorable “gravinertial” field coupling with nearby and distant matter that results in unidirectional force.

Of course, as we now know, the USAF isn’t the sole branch of the military openly looking into next-generation hypothetical vehicles based on concepts of electromagnetic fields and inertial mass variation. Based on the recent announcement declaring a partnership with TTSA, we know even the U.S. Army is also exploring similar concepts for next-generation ground vehicles that exploit the same principles the USAF has explored for decades: mass manipulation, electromagnetic metamaterial waveguides, and quantum physics.

Civilian Research Into Gravitation, Electromagnetism, And Propulsion

The military isn’t the only sector that has for decades conducted research that has explored the boundaries of aerospace propulsion and general relativity. In 1996, NASA funded an endeavor known as the Breakthrough Propulsion Physics (BPP) Program which invited some of the brightest minds in physics and aerospace engineering to propose radical new ideas to propel spaceflight into a new paradigm. In a paper outlining the BPP program presented at the Second Symposium on Realistic Near-Term Advanced Scientific Space Missions in 1998, its director, Marc Miller, offered an overview of NASA’s aims for the project, noting that “it is known from observed phenomena and from the established physics of General Relativity that gravity, electromagnetism, and spacetime are inter-related phenomena” and that “these ideas have led to questioning if gravitational or inertial forces can be created or modified using electromagnetism.” Many of the ideas Miller and the NASA BPP program describes were developed or are better understood thanks to the research funded by Wright Patterson, including Hermann Bondi’s concept of negative mass (Bondi’s group at Kings College, London received funding from the U.S. Air Force) and Joshua Goldberg’s theory of gravitational radiation. In an attempt to achieve breakthrough propulsion based on these concepts, NASA’s project identified three major barriers that stood in the way of their main goal of achieving interstellar travel:

(1) MASS: Discover new propulsion methods that eliminate or dramatically reduce the need for propellant. This implies discovering fundamentally new ways to create motion, presumably by manipulating inertia, gravity, or by any other interactions between matter, fields, and spacetime.(2) SPEED: Discover how to attain the ultimate achievable transit speeds to dramatically reduce travel times. This implies discovering a means to move a vehicle at or near the actual maximum speed limit for motion through space or through the motion of spacetime itself (if possible, this means circumventing the light speed limit).(3)ENERGY: Discover fundamentally new modes of on board energy generation to power these propulsion devices. This third goal is included since the first two breakthroughs could require breakthroughs in energy generation, and since the physics underlying the propulsion goals is closely linked to energy physics.

In 1997, NASA’s Lewis Research Center, now known as the John H. Glenn Research Center at Lewis Field, held a conference on these breakthrough propulsion concepts, the proceedings of which are worth a read and contain titles such as “Inertial Mass as a Reaction of the Vacuum to Accelerated Motion”, “Force Field Propulsion”, and “The Zero-Point Field and the NASA Challenge to Create the Space Drive”.From what little we know or think we know about Salvatore Cezar Pais, the elusive inventor of the Navy’s intriguing if not puzzling anti-gravity ‘UFO’ patents that we’ve explored in our previous reporting, he was working on his PhD dissertation at Case Western Reserve University while serving as a NASA Graduate Student Research Fellow at NASA’s John H. Glenn Research Center at Lewis Field at the time of the conference. There’s no concrete evidence that Pais attended the workshop, but according to the document’s foreword, 12 students were in attendance. The table of contents for the conference proceedings lists a total of 449 pages, the last of which is a list of workshop participants. However, the versions available online stop at page 389. We are currently pursuing a Freedom of Information Act request to obtain the missing pages. Confirming Pais’ presence at the conference would be significant because many of the exact same revolutionary concepts that NASA was exploring in terms of unlocking new forms of propulsion and space travel are the same types of concepts found throughout the patents for his “hybrid aerospace-underwater craft” and “high energy electromagnetic field generator.” Many of the participants at NASA’s workshop are also cited throughout Pais’ patents and publications. Placing Pais at the conference would add to the body of evidence which suggests the technologies in the Navy’s patents may have been in the works for the past 20 years, at least as far as the inventor is concerned. In reality though, as we’ve laid out here, many of the concepts in Pais’ patents are similar to those which were researched at Wright-Patterson and other facilities in the 1950s and are still being explored today.Aside from NASA, academic and independent laboratories have been researching the same principles and approaches the Air Force and other military laboratories have been looking into for decades. One of the most commonly researched areas is in hypothetically reducing an aircraft’s mass using electromagnetism, preferably to zero, and several Lockheed Martin researchers have been involved with quite a few theoretical studies into altering inertial mass (see Haisch, Rueda, and Puthoff, 1998; Rueda and Haisch, 1998; Haisch and Rueda, 1999; and Woodward, Mahood, and March 2001).A large body of peer-reviewed research into mass reduction involves using advanced superconducting materials such as yttrium barium copper oxide, or YBCO (see Podkletnov and Nieminen, 1992;  Li et al, 1997; and Podkletnov and Modanese, 2001). Some of these studies, many of them more than 20 years old, reported observing mass reductions of up to two percent. Of course, just because scientists report a peer-reviewed result doesn’t mean their data can’t be challenged or have been impacted by spurious factors.Other attempts to overcome and harness gravity focus on the use of electromagnetic fields. In the 2007 publication “The Connection between Inertial Forces and the Vector Potential”, researchers found a connection between electric and magnetic fields, writing that there is a “possibility to manipulate inertial mass” and potentially “some mechanisms for possible applications to electromagnetic propulsion and the development of advanced space propulsion physics.” In 2010, an Air Force-funded study at the University of Florida leveraged these principles to design and test a “Wingless Electromagnetic Air Vehicle (WEAV)” which is claimed to employ “no moving parts and assures near-instantaneous response time.” The study writes that this vehicle is designed to support the Air Force Research Laboratory’s strategy to “deliver precision effects: ubiquitous, swarming sensors and shooters” by 2015-2030. The study was able to produce a disc that “was able to hover a few millimeters above the surface for a sustained duration (about three minutes)” and noted that “prototypes of varying radius were also successfully ‘flown’, demonstrating that WEAV is scalable.”

Many other approaches have focused on the unique properties of novel materials. The 2007 publication “Direct Experimental Evidence of Electromagnetic Inertia Manipulation Thrusting” reports “new experimental results suggesting that ‘propellantless’ propulsion without conventional external assistance has been achieved by means of electromagnetic inertia manipulation” using piezoelectric materials, compounds that change shape when subjected to an electrical charge. In fact, several researchers have reported significant results in mass manipulation using a specific piezoelectric compound, lead zirconate titanate (PZT), which is found throughout several of the Navy’s recent patents. One physicist in particular,  Dr. James Woodward of California State Fullerton, has found repeated success in altering the mass of small test samples of PZT. While the levels of mass reduction Woodward has observed are tiny, so are the samples and energy levels he has used. Still, in one study published with aerospace engineer Paul T. March, then at Lockheed Martin, the authors note that “very large mass fluctuation effects should be producible with only relatively modest power levels,” but are beyond the scope and scale of their study.Even so, Woodward’s results have been so promising that at least two Air Force studies, the 1989 technical report “Electric Propulsion Study” and the 2017 paper “Movement and Maneuver in Deep Space: A Framework to Leverage Advanced Propulsion”, call attention to his research in particular and note that his approach seems most promising. However, the 2017 Air Force paper notes that “obvious institutional and funding barriers stand in the way” and that “materials science and engineering work would be required to produce new piezoelectric materials and compensate for natural resonance, mechanical fatigue, and thermal effects.”Perhaps for that reason and for likely many more, various branches of the Armed Forces have for years been actively researching metamaterials that can propagate high energy electromagnetic fields. Navy budget documents show that between 2011 and 2016, the Navy’s In-House Laboratory Independent Research program conducted research into the “dispersion and control of electromagnetic (EM) waves in the microwave (RF) region, using fabricated metamaterial structures”.

Department of Defense

Starting in 2017, the Navy combined several program elements under one title, changing the way individual projects are reported in their budget and thus making it more difficult to know whether this metamaterial research continues today.

Scratching The Surface While Not Knowing What Lies Beneath It

The research cited here is only a brief look at a handful of the numerous studies the Air Force, other branches of the military, and various academic laboratories have conducted into “anti-gravity” and various propellantless propulsion methods, and only those that are available to the public. Anyone familiar with military research and development knows that there is a vast trove of projects, associated data, and technologies the public has yet to be shown and may never be shown. There have been hints of those secret technologies for years offered by insiders of some of America’s most high-level aerospace research and development outfits. For instance, Ben Rich, the second director of Lockheed Martin’s Skunk Works, told Popular Science in 1994 the following:

“We have some new things. We are not stagnating. What we are doing is updating ourselves, without advertising. There are some new programs, and there are certain things, some of them 20 or 30 years old, that are still breakthroughs and appropriate to keep quiet about [because] other people don’t have them yet.”

With this in mind, it is possible that there are certain technologies in existence that once were, but may no longer be the things of science fiction. Regardless, when it comes to harnessing exotic methods of overcoming gravity, the U.S. military’s interest in doing so has continued since the 1950s, and civilian laboratories have been hot on their heels. We’re still pursuing answers to the enigma surrounding the recent Navy patents, but to say they have come out of the blue and have no scientific basis whatsoever seems to be not entirely accurate based on the decades of research we’ve presented here. The same principles and many of the same names cited in Salvatore Pais’ patents filed for the US Navy between 2015 and 2018 appear throughout numerous NASA studies, the peer-reviewed publications of the scientific community, and the long history of U.S. government-funded research into general relativity and breakthrough propulsion science. We have to stress once again that this doesn’t mean that actually realizing these concepts and putting them to use is possible at this time, or even ever in the future, for that matter. But it does show that there has been an incredibly long and detailed history of interest by the U.S. military and the scientific community in this exotic field that has resulted in significant amounts of research that spans nearly seven decades. All this occurred in spite of the fact that scientists realized as far back as the 1950s that the topic was largely taboo and often scoffed at by the larger scientific community.Once again, what exists behind the curtain of the classified realm is the big wildcard here. With so much research present in the unclassified environment, one can only guess as to just how far the military and their industry partners have actually gone in an effort to obtain the ‘Holy Grail’ of aerospace engineering. For some, that speculative answer may be not very far at all. For others, it may be quite the contrary. The fact is we just don’t know. But at least we do know that the topic, in general, isn’t quite as alien as it may seem.
