no daily nutritional supplementation is heathier

Writing in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA), Dr. Starfield has documented the tragedy of the traditional medical paradigm in the following statistics:

45,000 Other errors in hospitals
12,000 Unnecessary surgery
7,000 Medication errors in hospitals
Total deaths per year from iatrogenic* causes250,000·
The term iatrogenic is defined as : induced by a physician or surgeon, or by medical treatment or diagnostic procedures

The proven, scientifically validated, plan to stay healthy is very simple.· Exercise daily! Finally a “landmark” (20 year) nutritional study has been done that compares the dietary supplement usage patterns, health, and nutritional status of:·
