My H265 mp4 runs with free Windows Media Player plugin However, I highly recommend VLC Player, because Windows Media Player may freeze up.
H265 still too new for youtube. Unlike H264, this H265 encoder completely fails for an entire 4 seconds in the 8 minute video and produces lots of blocks. However, the remaining 7 minutes and 56 seconds look nicer then H264 version.
