Cold War II

The Pentagon is trying to reform the military to deal with Chinese PLA military base expansion in the future cold war II . Maybe decades in the future, the PLA will be in Afghanistan. The BBC won't tell us that there was meant to be a cold war with the PLA since the British Empire rule ended in the 1950s (technically in the beginning of the cold war) or Auckland's Folly. BBC News still feels sensitive about this British Empire subject, and won't talk about it right now. The New York Times isn't much better.
